To approve a Special Event Request from the American Cancer Society to have their annual "Relay for Life" event. This event will be held at Frost Park on May 9, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The applicant is requesting the use of Frost Park Recreation Facility, chairs, tables, tents, and assistance from Public Service Maintenance Department. The applicant is requesting a special event fee waiver of $150.00 as well.
